Today was dedicated to setting up my GitHub account and figuring out how to use it. I wanted to be able to start a project but it took longer than I thought. I followed tutorials on YouTube by The Net Ninja. Also downloaded Atom and CMND for Windows.
The basics of using Git from the tutorial were installing it, creating repositories, staging files, making commits, undoing things, and branches.
I’ve had a GitHub account since December but didn’t get around to actually using it. I just watched educational videos on what Git was and it’s importance.
Time to actually start building my GitHub for my portfolio to qualify as a front end developer!<div class='sharedaddy sd-block sd-like jetpack-likes-widget-wrapper jetpack-likes-widget-unloaded' id='like-post-wrapper-155635758-273-5d0772b0458aa' data-src='https://widgets.wp.com/likes/#blog_id=155635758&post_id=273&origin=trilamanila.com&obj_id=155635758-273-5d0772b0458aa' data-name='like-post-frame-155635758-273-5d0772b0458aa'><h3 class="sd-title">Like this:</h3><div class='likes-widget-placeholder post-likes-widget-placeholder' style='height: 55px;'><span class='button'><span>Like</span></span> <span class="loading">Loading...</span></div><span class='sd-text-color'></span><a class='sd-link-color'></a></div>
